To paraphrase Steven Covey, author of the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, IT professionals often feel that they are just too busy – too busy even to stop for gas. One of the clear consequences is that they don’t take the time to develop their management and leadership skills. This can be very frustrating, as those managers central to the success of IT operations see other managers get promoted, while they continue to work long hours.
With this in mind, IT Leaders have designed on-line versions of the residential IT Leadership and IT Management programs. Now in its second iteration, and running on a new Learning Management System, the course delivers content via short (typically 30 minute) videos, supported by practical case studies based on real IT management scenarios.
Delegates who sign up for the on-line courses can join the bi-weekly webinars, providing an opportunity to share problems and solutions.
